Overflow occupancy in certain of the above combinations may be possible by special arrangement. 
Additional overflow, by permission ONLY,  will be charged at $25 per person per night.
A 21-day notice of cancellation is required for refund of your reservation deposit, minus an 8% cancellation fee if deposit has already been charged.

 
INDIVIDUAL "INN-STYLE" BOOKINGS: Minimum two-night stay.  Shared use of community bathrooms and family room areas. 
                                                          Off-Season $135/night. 
                                                          Peak-Season $150/night.
